Jerry Dennis filed a petition under the Post Conviction Procedure Act in the Criminal Court of Baltimore for relief from a judgment of conviction of murder and a life sentence entered on May 11, 1960 by Judge Harlan after a jury returned a verdict of guilty of first degree murder.
