McBRIDE, Judge.

A collision between two automobiles took place at approximately 8:00 p. m., November 12, 1963, at the intersection of Citrus and Hammond Streets in the Gentilly Section of New Orleans, involving an automobile driven by Mrs. Diana Scott in which three passengers were riding and another automobile operated by Thomas F. Smith. Two suits for damages arose therefrom which were consolidated and tried by jury.
