FITZGERALD, J.

In June of 1964, defendant Wood entered a plea of guilty in Ingham county circuit court to a charge of carrying a concealed weapon* and was placed on probation for a period of 5 years.

In January of 1965, defendant was brought before the same court pursuant to a bench warrant charging him with violation of his probation. A probation violation hearing was held and after listening to the testimony of the defendant...
