Count 1 alleges a listing agreement between the plaintiff and defendant Chennault and an acceptance by Chennault of its co-defendant's offer, which stated a cause of action for the payment of the commission by defendant Chennault, both under the listing agreement and by virtue of the fact that Chennault was the seller, who is normally liable for the commission.
