Defendant appeals from a judgment in the sum of $29,853.32 awarded to plaintiff after a trial before the court without a jury.

The defendant contracted with Robert Ruark to publish his book entitled "Uhuru." As a part of the enterprise, though by an entirely independent contract, defendant contracted with plaintiff to do publicity work to promote the sale of the book. This was a new venture...
