It appears from the record that on April 28, 1959, the appellants entered into a contract for the installation of a water pipeline from the respondent's North Saluda Dam to Travelers Rest, South Carolina. The completion date fixed in said contract was June 21, 1960, and it was provided that as against the amount due under said contract the respondent would be entitled to a reduction and offset for any delay in the completion...
