Upon a judgment of the court of ordinary entered on November 18, 1965, appellee filed an appeal to the superior court on November 23, 1965. November 21 fell on a Sunday. In the superior court appellants made a motion to dismiss the appeal on the grounds that the appeal was filed too late because it was not filed within four days from the rendition of the judgment appealed.
