This is an appeal from a final judgment of the Circuit Court of Mobile County.

In July of 1962, Joseph Bradwell purchased a new Rambler automobile from Hardy Motor Company in Mobile. The purchase of the automobile was financed by General Finance Corporation, hereafter sometimes referred to as G. F. C. Bradwell was to make payments to G. F.
