OPINION BY JACOBS, J., December 16, 1966:

The sole issue before us is whether or not the court below abused its discretion in granting a new trial.

On December 26, 1958 a streetcar owned by Pittsburgh Railways Company traveling south on Millvale Avenue in the City of Pittsburgh collided with an automobile traveling east on Sciota Street, and driven by Sandra Lee May, then a minor.
