This is a suit to cancel an oil, gas and mineral lease granted by plaintiff to Louis J. Roussel and by him assigned to defendant. The property affected by this lease is located on Bayou Lafourche, about 26 miles below the town of Thibodaux. It measures two arpents in width on Bayou Lafourche by a depth of 40 arpents.
