Appellant was tried by a jury on charges of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicating liquor1 and of reckless driving.2 Concurrently he was tried by the court on charges of driving his car at an unreasonable speed3 and of changing lanes without caution.4 These charges were the result of appellant's arrest...
