In this workmen's compensation case the employer and its insurance carrier have appealed from the judgment of the district court awarding compensation under the Workmen's Compensation Act. Clifford Lees died as the result of injuries received on June 11, 1963, and the claimants are John B. Lees and Huldah Lees, his parents who were in part dependent upon his earnings.
