The plaintiff is a mechanical contractor who is suing for damages to a steam tunnel he had constructed but had not yet turned over to the owner at the time it was damaged. The defendant Dayton Plumbing and Heating, Inc., is another mechanical contractor who connected a steam line into plaintiff's steam tunnel.
