Plaintiffs, by this action in equity, seek to enjoin defendant from taking their land by condemnation proceedings. Defendant has filed nine preliminary objections to the complaint. Preliminary objections 1, 2, 3, 7 and 8 are in the nature of a motion to strike off, preliminary objection 9 is in the nature of a motion for a more specific pleading and preliminary objections 4, 5 and 6 are in the nature of a demurrer.
