CARTER, Justice.

This is an action to recover for the wrongful death of John C. Lorenzen, plaintiff's decedent, alleged to have been caused by the negligence of the Continental Baking Company. The jury returned a verdict for the plaintiff in the amount of $85,368, and Continental has appealed.
