This action was brought to recover damages for inducing the breach of a contract and to enforce a constructive trust. Plaintiff-appellee recovered a judgment for damages in a trial by jury.

Facts leading to the alleged tort include the following. In 1946 Theresa Manyok was "more than 65 years of age, ... a widow, and in need of a home where she would be cared for during her life, furnishing room and board, washing and other necessary comforts...
