William R. Holz, plaintiff herein, brought this action at law on November 19, 1962, against the defendants, Coates Motor Company, Inc., hereinafter referred to as Coates, and Chrysler Corporation, hereinafter referred to as Chrysler, to recover damages for the breach of express and implied warranties growing out of his purchase of a Chrysler Crown Imperial automobile.
