An appeal was taken to this court by the City of Tucson from a minute entry order of superior court, Pima County, granting a new trial to the appellee and vacating the judgment theretofore entered. On September 9, 1966, we dismissed this appeal on our own motion for the reason that the order appealed from was not an appealable order, hence we were without jurisdiction to entertain the appeal.
