PER CURIAM.

Defendant was charged by information with the offense of failure to leave his name and address at the scene of a motor vehicle accident in violation of section 321.264, Code, 1962. He pleaded guilty and, pursuant to section 321.482, was fined $50 and in default of payment was ordered confined to jail five days. Defendant's appeal, evidently for the purpose of delay, was submitted on a clerk's transcript which reveals no error. Hence the judgment is
