Lezina, filed this suit against the defendants, Fourth Jefferson Drainage District and Bituminous Casualty Corporation, its insurer, endeavoring to recover the sum of $3,800.00 together with a veterinarian's fee, and medication representing damages incurred by him for the loss of sixteen head of cattle, which he asserts died of arsenic poisoning as a result of the negligence of an employee of the Drainage District in using...
