A two-vehicle automobile accident which occurred on May 17, 1961, at 11:30 P.M. in the City of Donaldsonville resulted in this suit. Plaintiff John J. Bogasky was driving a 1958 Buick in an easterly direction on U.S. Highway 1 (going from White Castle towards Donaldsonville) when, shortly after entering the Donaldsonville city limits, his vehicle was struck from behind by a 1959 El Camino Chevrolet pickup truck owned and operated by defendant Ralph Falsetta...
