In this action plaintiffs, Frank W. Egan & Company (hereinafter Egan) and William H. Willert (hereinafter Willert) charge the defendant, Modern Plastic Machinery Corp. (hereinafter MPM), with infringement of Claims 1 and 4 of United States Patent No. 2734226 (hereinafter Willert patent), issued to Willert on February 14, 1956, on application filed March 5, 1952.
