REGAN, Judge.

The plaintiff, Naomi M. Drake, who formerly occupied the position of Supervisor and Deputy Registrar of the Bureau of Vital Statistics, Board of Health of the Health Department of the City of New Orleans, was discharged therefrom by Dr. Rodney Jung, the Director thereof, for seven reasons which were enumerated in a letter addressed to her dated March 18, 1965.
