The defendant, Joseph Simmons, Jr., having been convicted on a bill of information charging him with having "committed a simple burglary of the building and structure No. 119 S. Claiborne Ave., Claiborne Towers, Room 1771, belonging to one John P. Gimma, with the intent to commit a theft therein," prosecutes this appeal, relying on four errors allegedly committed during the course of the trial, to which timely bills were reserved
