Plaintiff instituted this action for a declaratory judgment recognizing his ownership of a valid and subsisting oil, gas, and mineral lease covering a 1/8 interest in a described 75-acre tract of land situated in Ouachita Parish. Plaintiff further prayed for an accounting from defendant Arkansas Louisiana Gas Company for his portion of minerals produced from a well on a unit including the property involved....
