FRUGÉ, Judge.

This is a suit for workmen's compensation benefits brought by Daniel C. McGee against the insurer of his former employer, Continental Casualty Company. The lower court rejected the demands of the plaintiff and from that judgment plaintiff has taken this appeal.

The only issue before this court is whether or not plaintiff carried the burden of proving his claim for additional workmen's compensation...
