This proceeding was instituted by Mrs. Emily C. Oliphant to recover damages for injuries sustained by her when an automobile operated by her was struck in the rear by an oil truck owned by C. R. Gunter Oil Corporation, and operated by its agent, Donald Lee Snyder. Tried before a jury, a verdict was returned for the defendants, and judgment entered accordingly.
