Younce, one by her minor daughter, Gloria Jean Younce, and one by her husband, Raymond F. Younce, for personal injuries allegedly sustained by the first two and for loss of services and consortium of his wife, and medical expenses of his minor daughter, sustained and incurred by Raymond F.
