This cause is before us on appeal from the judgment of the lower court dismissing plaintiff's case on an exception of prescription filed by defendants. For purposes of this exception we must accept as true, though no evidence of any kind is now before this court, all allegations of fact made by plaintiff in her petition, but not conclusions of law or of fact.
