This appeal is based upon a judgment rendered in connection with a suit for divorce on the grounds of adultery and for custody of two minor children.

The appellee instituted this suit against his wife alleging specific acts of adultery with co-respondent named in the petition, which acts allegedly took place at the defendant's apartment on Audubon Street in the City of New Orleans.
