Plaintiff Anthony Hauser instituted this action against defendant Young Men's Christian Association of Rahway, New Jersey, in order to recover for damages resulting from injuries sustained allegedly as a result of defendant's negligence. Defendant moves for summary judgment on the basis that it is immune from liability for negligence by virtue of N.J.S. 2A:53A-7.
