This is an appeal from a judgment entered in the Superior Court of Santa Cruz County in favor of plaintiff, appellee herein, and against defendants, appellants, in the sum of $11,768.88. The judgment was awarded as damages resulting from the wrongful attachment of cattle belonging to appellee and from the wrongful writ of garnishment against other assets of the appellee.
