This is a suit brought by plaintiff, Worthen Bank & Trust Co., a national banking institution domiciled in Little Rock, Arkansas, against the Franklin Life Insurance Co., an Illinois corporation, authorized to do business in Arkansas, but having its principal place of business in Springfield, Illinois, to recover $11,842.44, plus interest and costs.
