Plaintiff filed this suit for a separation from her husband on the ground of cruel treatment and for custody of their two children, a boy and a girl aged 11 and 8 years respectively. She obtained temporary restraining orders enjoining the defendant from disposing of any of the property belonging to the community and from molesting or harming plaintiff and the two children.
