Plaintiff, Douglas Self, sues for damages allegedly sustained by him as a result of a rear-end motor vehicle collision. The suit was instituted against Fred W. Huffman and his liability insurer, State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company. The trial judge rendered judgment in favor of plaintiff for the sum of $3482.40.
