This is an appeal by the People of the State of Illinois from an order of the Circuit Court of the Eighteenth Judicial Circuit, DuPage County, entered June 8, 1965, which quashed the indictments filed December 14, 1964, against the defendants herein. The motion to quash recited, and the People admitted, that the defendants were previously indicted on July 21, 1964...
