This is an appeal by the plaintiff, Trail Burger King, Inc., from an order of the circuit court in a suit for declaratory decree.

The controversy centers around the agreement entered into between the defendant, Burger King of Miami, Inc., and one Martin Stelboum on July 15, 1958.
