Plaintiff brings action to collect the proceeds of a Level Term Life insurance policy on the life of her deceased husband. On June 7th, 1963, Clarence Rutten made application for the policy from the defendant Investors Life Insurance Company of Iowa. The application was accepted and premiums paid.
