The defendant has interposed a demurrer to a two-count indictment on all the grounds mentioned in section 323 of the Code of Criminal Procedure and, additionally, "that the Grand Jury, by which it [the indictment] was found, had no legal authority to inquire into the crime charged, by reason of its not being within the local jurisdiction of the County".
