The district court has certified to this court as important and doubtful certain questions which arose on the defendant's motion to suppress evidence. The defendant has been charged by indictment with the crime of murder in the first degree and on arraignment entered a plea of not guilty. He moved to suppress a confession allegedly given under the influence of fear and intimidation and coerced by promises and improper inducements...
