Plaintiff instituted suit against the Estate of Patsy Pellegrino and the Oliver Manufacturing Company, a corporation of which decedent was president and principal stockholder, to recover the sum of $2,600 allegedly loaned to defendants. The claim against the corporation was abandoned at trial. At the conclusion of a non-jury trial, judgment was rendered in favor of plaintiff for $2,600 against the estate...
