Defendant Appellant, Lyle P. Osborne, was charged in a criminal complaint with a violation of chap 95 1/2, sec 6-303(a), Ill Rev Stats (1963), the offense of operating a motor vehicle after and while his privilege so to do had been suspended. Defendant was found guilty by the jury and this appeal follows from the judgment and sentence of the Circuit Court of Tazewell County.
