This is an appeal on questions of law from a judgment of the Common Pleas Court of Logan County entered for the defendant in a negligence action pursuant to a verdict directed at the close of the plaintiff's evidence. Plaintiff having died following the perfection of this appeal, the action has been revived in the name of her personal representative.
