French, as executrix and legatee of an estate, appeals from a part of a Decree of Distribution of the lower court wherein four items totalling $10,143.37 in value were ordered distributed to the appellee Lois Babb under the residuary clause of a will. She contends these items should have been distributed to the appellant as cash under paragraph SEVENTH of the will.
