Appellant, Bertram Gordon, hereinafter referred to as defendant, was charged with the crime of Grand Theft by Embezzlement, a felony, in violation of A.R.S. §§ 13-681 and 13-682. He was tried before a jury in the Superior Court of Yuma County, found guilty and thereafter sentenced to serve a term in the State Prison.
