Plaintiffs, the surviving widows and children of two men killed in an accident involving a crane at the construction site of Flaming Gorge Dam, initiated actions to recover damages for wrongful death. Plaintiffs appeal from a verdict and judgment rendering Shurtleff and Andrews, Inc., not liable. Since the facts involved were the same in both cases they were consolidated for trial.
