There was no error in the court's refusal of the defendant's request for instructions 2 and 3. In effect, the defendant requested the court to instruct the jury that the plaintiff could not recover in this action for any loss or damage which occurred before her property reached Charlotte and was stored in the warehouse and that the burden was upon the plaintiff to show, by the greater weight of the evidence...
