Leonard J. Breaux and Sam Landry, plaintiffs, brought suit against Co-Operative Cold Storage Builders, Inc., hereinafter designated "Co-Operative", in Assumption Parish. Breaux is in the business of purchasing fresh catfish, processing it to a frozen product ready for market and then transporting it to Dallas for sale and distribution.
