The defendant was convicted of robbery in the first degree, two counts of assault in the second degree, burglary in the second degree, and grand larceny in the second degree.

As the case was presented, there was sufficient evidence to justify a finding of "guilty" by the jury, but cumulative errors require reversal and a new trial.
