Defendant introduced no evidence in his own behalf. At the conclusion of the State's evidence the court denied defendant's motion for judgment of compulsory nonsuit, and defendant excepted. This exception has not been brought forward and discussed in defendant's brief; consequently, it will be taken as abandoned by defendant.
